Refunds and cancellations
Please note that refunds are not provided. I do accept cancellations before prints are being dispatched.
Processing time
All prints are usually dispatched between 3-5 working days after orders are placed.
All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48. All international orders are sent 'Standard International.
Damaged items
In the event where an order arrives damaged, please contact me directly ([email protected]) as soon as possible to work out a solution. Make sure to attache photos of the damaged item(s). I do put a lot of effort in packaging my prints for delivery to prevent any damage in transit.
Customer responsibility and International shipping
Refunds or replacements are not provided where incorrect shipping addresses have been given - please do double check the address you gave at the checkout. If you have accidentally given an incorrect shipping address, please contact me with an updated address. I'm happy to amend the address if your item(s) haven't shipped yet.
Please note that if you are purchasing a print from outside of the UK, I am not responsible for any additional import taxes or duties incurred. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with their country’s customs website or contact their local customs office to determine if any additional fees or charges may apply.
Should you choose to reject the item becasue of extra charges, I will gladly refund the cost of the item(s) if they are returned to me in perfect condition. However, as a small business, I am unable to refund the shipping costs, as clear information on customs responsibilities has been provided above.
